Most of what happens in your project should flow without you. Needs you is the exception list: the calls only you can make. If it is not here, it is not waiting on you.

What lands here

  • Decisions to ratify — your agent proposes a change to a plan or a decision; you approve or reject it with one tap. Nothing structural changes until you do.
  • Delivered work — a card your agent finished and handed back. Open it, read it, check it off. Delivered is not done; done is your call.
  • Questions — your agent asked you something and is holding until you answer.
  • Pull requests — open PRs with their diff, screenshots and an AI read of the change, mergeable in place.
  • Threads — what you are holding that nothing else tracks: waiting on someone, gone quiet, still open. Age shows loudly, on purpose.

Where to find it

Needs you has its own page, a tab in the agent queue panel, and a count in the project map’s header line. All three read the same list, so the number never disagrees with itself. Press n for Needs you, t for Threads.

How to work it

Take the top item, decide, move on. A queue that empties daily is the point — if it is growing, that is a signal about how much you are being asked to arbitrate, and worth saying out loud to us.
